⚙️ Technical explanation:
This chat service runs on infrastructure that automatically goes to sleep when it hasn’t been used for a while. When someone visits after a period of inactivity, the server needs time to start back up, which can take up to ~50 seconds. Once the service is running, performance returns to normal until it becomes idle again.
